Description
Starting in the Redberry Lake Regional Park, the Big Pelican takes riders on a winding tour of the Thickwood Hills, over rolling gravel hills, dirt roads, double track, and through trembling aspen. The route is almost never flat so be ready to take on the rollers through to the finish. You may wish to carry bear spray as there are black bears here and they have been spotted on course many times.
