The EcoTour Route provides seven stops along the route including opportunities to see Prairie Dog Colonies, Cultural Sites, The Bison Rubbing Stone, and a First Nations tipi ring. Scenic Viewpoints: The Tabletop and Frenchman River Valley offer views of the valley bottom and historical ranch corrals.
This Back Country Loop portion traverses the Eastern part of the West Block, leading to the Borderlands Lookout near the Montana border. It is a more rugged experience through the prairie grasslands and coulees, often requiring navigation skills and preparation for limited cell service.
