Lumsden Roubaix Gravel Cycling

Lumsden Roubaix - 37km

Lumsden, SK

Gravel

Description:

This is a classic mixed surface route in the area.  Some of these roads are impassible when wet.

Starting in Lumsden you will ride out of town to the gravel via the legendary James St climb.  It's guaranteed to wake the legs up.

From there you settle in on your way to the Pumpkin Hollow descent, careful it can be a little rowdy if conditions have been wet.  Soon you will ride some pavement until staying left and descending into the valley towards 'Wascana Trails.'  It's a steep climb and watch for traffic.

Next up is 'Seven Bridges Road' which you will ride in the downhill direction.  Plenty of photo opportunities along this stretch before finishing on some pavement back into Lumsden.

A great route to do two loops of.
