2026 Esterhazy Gravel Quest 100km

Description

Park at the swimming pool, ball diamonds, or curling/hockey rink/Boreen Hall. Best to ride in late spring after the snow has melted off seasonal roads and they've dried up into early fall. Lodging is available at the Sunset Inn, Canalta, Western Star if you are making an over night trip to the area to check out all of the routes available in the area. Food options can be found at Lakeside Tavern with a side trip at 43.6 km, Stockholm Foods at 59.4 km. These roads dry fairly well after light rains but if it's been rainy for a week you may want to take the primary grids. Route Highlights include Kaposvar Historic Site at about 9 km, Qu'Appelle Valley between 17-43 km, Duck's Unlimited lands between 68 and 71 km, Old stone house at about 81 km, Reggie's Outback at 83-86 km, and the Kaposvar Valley into the crossing at the golf course at 99-100 km. The Qu'Appelle valley is exceptionally beautiful in the autumn while the leaves are changing colour.
