Depending on the time of day you may be able to find refueling stops in the towns of Lafleche, Wood Mountain does not have any services. It is recommended that you carry enough water and food to be self sufficient.
 

There is parking at the start location as well as a nice park with a gazebo to rest in when you are done your ride.
