Avonlea is a short drive from Regina and well worth it for this route.
 

Some consider this to be one of the better gravel routes in south west Saskatchewan, but you will have to ride this one to see what you think. Many of these roads are impassible when wet.

Parking available at the Rink on Main Street or the Co-op.
 

Make sure you are packing a lot of water and nutrition as there are no resupply points along the route. It can get hot out here. Some of these roads are impassible when wet.
